Q: How will I receive my order? Pick up or Delivery?

A: For this online store, we are offering two options. 1) Pickup at the store (no charge). 2) Shipping with a fee of $15.00 + tax. You can make your choice during the checkout process.

Q: When should I expect my order?

A: For this online store, we process orders as we receive them. Some items are completed quicker (1-3 weeks) than others (4+ weeks).

Q: When does this online store close?

A: Deadline to order on this store is: Monday September 1, 11:59pm. Future opportunities to order will be communicated by your association/coach. Stay tuned!

Q: Are there items in-store to purchase?

A: Although it is best to order online, we carry blank stock of certain items which we can decorate. Feel free to stop by or call to inquire.

Q: Will I be able to exchange items once I receive my order?

A: Yes, as long as the item does not have a number or name and is still in its original condition.

Q: If I need to make changes to my order, how do I do that?
